Beaches, boardwalk games, burgers, fun houses, rides, waffle cones, bike rides, crabbing and so much more. Can you smell the funnel cakes and fried Oreos? Memorial Day weekend represents the beginning of beach season at the Jersey Shore. It signifies outdoor fun. (and you know we love outdoor fun at MRC!)
Whether you’re a local to the area beaches, or vacation “down the shore”, Memorial Day Weekend holds a special place in our hearts. It means waking up early and catching some rays on the sand, it means the delicious scent of grills and barbecue, it means staying up late watching the fireworks light up the night sky. No matter your age, the memories gained on the last Monday of May will remain with you forever.
Most importantly, thank you to all of the brave American men and women who have died in military service for each and every one of us making this weekend possible.
