It's not wood, but it looks and feels exactly the same. ACRE is a new "woodless wood" material for natural-themed playgrounds, made from upcycled rice hulls and built for outdoor play.
From barriers and decks to custom play sculptures, ACRE gives designers a material that can be shaped, finished and integrated into playful environments with the familiar feel of wood and the long-term advantages of a modern composite.
